RETURN & DEPOSIT POLICY
Currently byBrandi is only accepting private clients for custom couture work. Work on your garment / garments will not begin until a contract is signed and a 50% deposit is received. The remaining 50% of the fee must be paid before the shipment is made. Every custom order takes several weeks, or many months to produce and throughout the process several fittings are done and edits are made specific to client's taste and measurements. Because of the custom work, there are no refunds available.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Through the process of development, there are several fit stages where all design elements and fit are fine tuned to your taste and measurements. Because this is a custom couture product, made to your specific measurements, no exchanges are possible, and no refunds will be issued.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is available worldwide and costs vary depending on product weight, product size, location and speed of delivery. Only an estimation of these costs can be provided upon consultation.
